Yes! At Nixzoehost, we highly recommend enabling Auto-Renewal for all your essential services, including domain names, web hosting, and SSL certificates. This ensures your online presence remains active without you having to manually track expiration dates.
How Auto-Renewal Works
When auto-renewal is enabled, our system takes the following steps to protect your services:

Advance Invoice: An invoice is automatically generated 15 days before your service expires.

Payment Attempt: Our system will attempt to charge your primary payment method 7 days before the expiration date.

Confirmation: Once the payment is successful, your service is renewed, and you will receive a confirmation receipt via email.
How to Enable Auto-Renewal for Domains

Log in to your Nixzoehost Client Area.

Go to Domains > My Domains.

Locate the domain you wish to automate.

Check the Auto-Renew column. If it is disabled, click the toggle to switch it to ON (indicated by a green checkmark or "Enabled" status).
How to Manage Your Payment Methods
For auto-billing to work, you must have a valid payment method on file.

In your dashboard, go to Billing > Manage Credit Card (or Payment Methods).

Add a new card or ensure your existing card has not expired.

You can set a "Primary" card if you have multiple payment methods linked to your account.
