Apps: Before you get started

Before you purchase or activate an application through Nixzoehost, please review this important information regarding subscriptions, billing cycles, and renewals.

Subscription Types

Most applications offered at Nixzoehost operate on a subscription model to ensure uninterrupted service. There are two primary types of products:

  • Subscription-Based: The vast majority of our apps (such as VPN, CDN, and Website Builders) use monthly or annual billing cycles. These subscriptions are perpetual and will continue until they are manually canceled or the auto-renewal is disabled.

  • One-Time Billing/Free: Certain tools, such as our Logo Maker, are free to use. Physical products like Business Cards are one-time purchases and follow different ordering guidelines than digital services.

Automatic Renewals & Billing

To prevent service interruptions, auto-renewal is enabled by default for most subscriptions.

  • Invoicing: Our system will automatically generate an invoice and attempt to charge your saved payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Account Funds) prior to the expiration date.

  • Partner Services: Each subscription is a service provided either by Nixzoehost or one of our trusted partners. If a payment issue occurs, we will notify you immediately via email to resolve the matter.

Managing Your Apps

You can view, manage, and review the billing cycles for all your active services directly from the Apps page within your Nixzoehost Account Dashboard.

Expiration and Cancellation

  • No Grace Period: Please be aware that there is typically no grace period for renewing expired app subscriptions. If a renewal fails due to billing issues, the subscription may be canceled immediately.

  • Manual Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a subscription before the end of your current pre-paid period, please [submit a request] to our billing department.
