Migrating Your Emails to Nixzoehost

Moving to Nixzoehost doesn't mean leaving your history behind. We provide tools to help you bring your old folders, sent items, and archives with you.

Option A: The ImapSync Tool

For a "server-to-server" move (e.g., from Gmail or another host to Nixzoehost):

1. Use an IMAP migration tool (available in select Nixzoehost plans) or a third-party service like BitTitan or Mail-Sync.

2. Input your Source credentials (old host) and your Destination credentials (Nixzoehost).

3. The system copies all folder structures and messages in the background.

Option B: Manual Export/Import (Webmail)

1. Log in to your old webmail.

2. Select your folders and use the Export (often in .eml or .mbox format) feature.

3. Log in to Nixzoehost Roundcube Webmail.

4. Click the Folder Actions icon and choose Import. Upload your files, and your history will populate instantly.
