What this means for you: When setting up your phone or computer, you must always select SSL/TLS in the security settings. This uses Port 993 (IMAP) or Port 465 (SMTP). Using "Plain Text" or "None" will result in a connection failure, as our servers reject unencrypted traffic for your safety.
