"Cannot Verify Server Identity": This usually happens if you use
mail.yourdomain.combut don't have an SSL certificate active. Fix: Ensure you've enabled your free Lets Encrypt SSL in the Nixzoehost Dashboard. -
Emails Sending but Not Receiving: Usually an IMAP port error. Ensure you are using port 993 and not 143.

Password Loop: If Outlook keeps asking for your password, your IP might be temporarily "soft-blocked" by our firewall due to too many failed attempts. Fix: Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support to whitelist your IP.
