The Hosting Lifecycle: What happens if I don't pay?
Unlike domains, hosting accounts live on our physical hardware. We offer a generous grace period, but data cannot be stored indefinitely without an active subscription.
-
Day 1 Post-Expiration (Grace Period): Your website is suspended. Visitors will see a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" page. Your files and emails are safe, and you can restore service instantly by paying the invoice.
-
Day 15 Post-Expiration (Final Warning): A final notice is sent. This is the last chance to renew before the account is queued for termination.
-
Day 30 Post-Expiration (Termination): The hosting account is permanently deleted from our servers to free up resources. Note: Once an account is terminated, all files and databases are purged and cannot be recovered unless you have an off-site backup.
