How to Enable/Disable Auto-Renew

Auto-Renew is your primary defense against service interruptions. At Nixzoehost, we recommend keeping this enabled for all mission-critical domains and hosting plans.

How it works:

  • The Window: Our system attempts to process renewals 30 days before the expiration date for domains and 15 days for hosting. This gives you a massive buffer if your credit card has expired or been replaced.

  • The Notification: You will receive an email 7 days before we attempt the first charge, so there are no "surprise" expenses.

Managing your settings:

  1. Log in to your Nixzoehost Client Area.

  2. Navigate to Domains > My Domains (or Services > My Services).

  3. Click the Auto-Renew toggle to "On" or "Off."

  4. Important: Disabling Auto-Renew means you must manually pay your invoices before the deadline. We send reminders at 30, 15, and 1 day out, but the responsibility to pay remains with the account holder.
