How to update your payment card details
Maintaining an up-to-date payment method is the best way to prevent accidental domain expiration or hosting suspension.
Step-by-Step Guide:

Log in to your Nixzoehost Client Area.

Navigate to Billing > My Payment Methods in the sidebar menu.

Add New Card: Click the Add New Credit Card button. Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.

Verification: Our system may perform a $0.00 or $1.00 "pre-authorization" (which disappears instantly) to verify the card is active.

Set as Default: If you have multiple cards, click the Default radio button next to your preferred card. This is the card our system will attempt to charge for all upcoming renewals.

Remove Old Cards: For security, we recommend deleting expired or unused cards by clicking the Delete icon next to the entry.
