Setting up Personal Nameservers

To provide a truly professional experience, you should use Personal Nameservers (also known as "Private Nameservers"). This allows your clients to point their domains to you using your own domain name.

  • Standard: ns1.nixzoehost.com

  • Professional (Reseller): ns1.yourbrand.com

How to Set Them Up:

  1. Register the Nameservers: In your Nixzoehost Client Area, go to your domain management and look for "Register Nameservers." Map ns1 and ns2 to the IP addresses provided in your Reseller Welcome Email.

  2. Configure in WHM: Go to Basic WebHost Manager Setup and enter your new personal nameservers at the bottom of the page.

  3. The Result: Every time you create a new account, your clients will be told to use your branded nameservers, further cementing your brand authority.
