How to Access Nixzoehost Webmail
There are two primary ways to access your webmail: using a Direct URL (the fastest way) or via your Nixzoehost Dashboard.
Method 1: Direct URL (Recommended)
You can log in to your email from any browser by typing one of the following into your address bar. Just replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name:

For a secure connection via port:

https://yourdomain.com:2096
Once the login page appears, enter your full email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) and the password you created when you set up the account.
Method 2: Via the Nixzoehost Dashboard
If you are already working in your control panel and don't want to remember a URL, follow these steps:

Log in to your Nixzoehost Account.

Navigate to your active hosting service and enter your Control Panel (cPanel).

Scroll to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.

Find the email address you want to access and click the Check Email button on the right.
Choosing Your Webmail Client
When you log in for the first time, you may be asked to choose a "webmail client." This is simply the interface you will use to read your mail.

Roundcube (Best for most): A clean, modern look that feels like Gmail or Outlook. It is fast, intuitive, and mobile-friendly.

Horde: A more advanced interface that includes extra features like a detailed calendar and task lists.
Tip: If you prefer one over the other, check the box "Open my inbox when I log in" to skip this selection screen next time.
Troubleshooting Tips

SSL Warning: If you see a "Connection is not private" warning, it usually means your domain's SSL certificate hasn't finished installing yet. You can safely click "Advanced" and "Proceed," or use your Server Hostname URL instead.

Forgot Password: If you can't log in, go to the Email Accounts section in your dashboard and click Manage next to the account to set a new password.
