How to Create a New Email Account
With a Nixzoehost hosting plan, you can move away from generic addresses like @gmail.com and start using professional ones like contact@yourdomain.com.
Follow these steps to create your first mailbox:
1. Log in to your Nixzoehost Dashboard
Sign in to your Nixzoehost Account. From your main dashboard, navigate to your active Hosting Service and click on the cPanel or Email Management icon.
2. Open Email Accounts
Once inside your control panel, scroll down to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.

3. Click the "Create" Button
On the Email Accounts page, you will see a list of your current mailboxes (if any). Click the + Create button located on the right-hand side.
4. Enter Account Details
Fill in the following information:

Domain: Select the domain you want to use from the dropdown menu.

Username: Enter the name you want before the "@" symbol (e.g.,
info,support, oryourname). -
Password: Create a strong password. We highly recommend using the Generate button to create a secure, random password.

Storage Space (Optional): You can set a specific storage limit (e.g., 1024MB) or choose "Unlimited" to use your total hosting space.
5. Finalize the Setup
Scroll to the bottom and click the + Create button.
Success! Your new email account is now active. You will see it appear in your list of email accounts, and you can immediately begin sending and receiving messages.
Next Steps
Now that your account is created, you might want to:

Check your mail: Click the Check Email button next to your new account to open Webmail.

Connect your phone: Click Connect Devices to get the settings for iPhone, Android, or Outlook.
Tip: If you're setting this up for a team member, make sure to send them their username and the password you generated!
