The "Welcome" Timeline

  • Minute 1: The Confirmation Email: You will receive an "Order Confirmation" receipt. This is your proof of purchase.

  • Minute 2-5: Account Provisioning: Our servers allocate your disk space, create your unique user environment, and set up your control panel.

  • Minute 5: The "New Account Information" Email (Crucial): This is the most important email you will receive. It contains:

    • Your temporary login URLs.

    • Your Server IP Address.

    • Our Nameservers (ns1.nixzoehost.com, etc.).

    • FTP and Email settings.

  • Minute 10: DNS Propagation Begins: If you registered a new domain, the global "phonebook" of the internet begins updating. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
