"A picture is worth a thousand words" is especially true in tech support. Showing our team exactly what you see helps us solve your issue in half the time.

How to capture your screen:

  • Windows: Press Win + Shift + S to use the Snipping Tool. Select the area, and its automatically copied to your clipboard.

  • macOS: Press Cmd + Shift + 4 to select a portion of your screen. The image will save to your desktop.

  • Mobile: Usually Power + Volume Down (Android) or Side Button + Volume Up (iPhone).

How to share it with us:

  1. In Live Chat: You can paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) the image directly into the chat box.

  2. In a Ticket: Use the "Attach File" button at the bottom of the ticket submission page.

  3. Privacy Tip: Before sending, use a simple editor to "black out" any sensitive information like your home address or full credit card numbers.
