What it is
A Support PIN is a unique, 6-digit rotating number generated within your Client Area. It serves as your "digital ID card" when you contact us via Live Chat or phone.
Why its required
Standard passwords can be stolen, but a Support PIN confirms that you have active, logged-in access to the account at this very moment. We require this PIN before we can:

Reset passwords or 2FA.

How to find yours

Look at the sidebar or the headeryour Current Support PIN will be displayed in a prominent box.

Note: These pins expire every 24 hours for your protection. If your PIN has expired, simply click "Regenerate PIN."
