How to Update Your Account Email and Address
Because Nixzoehost uses a modern user management system, your account has two parts: your User Profile (your login credentials) and your Account Details (your billing and contact information). To keep everything perfectly in sync, we recommend updating both if you change your primary email.
Step 1: Update Your Billing & Contact Address
This information is used for your invoices and official domain registration records.

Log in to your Nixzoehost Client Area.

Click on the "Hello, [Name]!" dropdown at the top right of the navigation bar.

Select Edit Account Details.

Update your name, company name, physical address, and phone number.

Click Save Changes.
Step 2: Update Your Login Email (User Profile)
If you want to change the email address you use to log in to Nixzoehost, follow these steps:

Click on the "Hello, [Name]!" dropdown again.

Select Your Profile.

Enter your new Email Address.

Security Check: You will need to enter your Current Password to verify the change.

Click Save Changes.

Note: From this moment on, you must use your new email address to log in.

Step 3: Add a Secondary Billing Contact (Optional)
If you want your web developer or accountant to receive copies of invoices without giving them full access to your account, you can add them as a Contact.

In the Client Area sidebar, go to Account > Contacts/Sub-Accounts.

Click Add New Contact.

Fill in their details and check the box for "Email Preferences: Billing Emails."

Click Save.

Important Security Tip: After changing your account email, we highly recommend checking your Security Settings to ensure your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is still synced correctly. If you change your email, you may need to re-verify your device.
