To ensure your website stays online and your data remains protected, keeping your subscription active is vital. At Nixzoehost, we use a centralized billing system to make renewals as seamless as possible.
Here is the step-by-step guide on how to handle your renewals.
1. Automatic Renewal (Recommended)
By default, all Nixzoe Managed WordPress plans are set to Auto-Renew.
-
How it works: Our system will attempt to charge your saved payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Crypto) on the morning of your anniversary date.
-
Benefits: You never have to worry about missing an email or having your site suspended due to an oversight.
-
Management: You can manage your payment methods in the Billing > My Cards section of your Client Area.
2. Manual Renewal via Invoice
If you prefer to pay manually or if your automatic payment fails, follow these steps:
-
Check your Email: We send an invoice notification 14 days before your subscription expires.
-
Log in to the Client Area: Go to nixzoehost.com/clientarea.php.
-
Find Unpaid Invoices: On the home dashboard, you will see a tile for Invoices. Click it to see all pending payments.
-
Complete Payment: Click on the "Unpaid" invoice, select your preferred payment method from the dropdown, and click Pay Now.
3. Early Renewal
If you have extra budget now and want to extend your service ahead of time:
-
Navigate to Services > My Services.
-
Select your Managed WordPress plan.
-
On the left-hand sidebar, click Renew.
